Dream Lover is the sixth episode of the second season of Growing Pains.
Summary[]
Carol agrees to tutor her school's resident "hunk" Bobby, who needs to pass a course on Shakespeare in order to remain on the varsity football team. When word gets out that Carol and Bobby have been together, she boldly decides to shed her "squeaky-clean" relationship and drops hints that she's had sex with the boy. Naturally, this web of deceit has devastating repercussions for both students as well as for Carol's family.
